Dear MEG Members,
In light of the increasing cybersecurity threats and in order to further strengthen the protection of personal data and system access, we will be introducing a two-step verification process for accessing the EAMR portal.
The following changes to the login procedure will take effect on 19 December 2025:
1-After successfully logging in with your username and password, an additional step will be required to enter a one-time security code.
2-An automated email containing this security code will be sent to the email address registered in your EAMR profile. If you do not receive the email, please also check your spam or junk folder.
This measure is intended to enhance the security of your account and to safeguard sensitive and personal information against unauthorised access.
Please inform the AMEs about this change so they will be aware.
Should you experience any difficulties accessing the EAMR portal, please contact the EAMR Support Team at EAMR-Support@easa.europa.eu.
Please note that the EAMR Support Team will never request your login credentials or security codes. Under no circumstances should these be shared with anyone.
